Pray for AgnËs
Baroncini, the author of a new book in the
collection, "New Beginnings" on the theme of
cancer. Agnes herself has a rare form of cancer
of
which only 15 cases have been documented
world-wide. Pray for grace and strength to write
her own struggle. Pray for wisdom to know what
to
share that will bring comfort and help to her
readers and glory to God. The plan is to finish
this book in July, pray for grace to hold to the
time frame.
Praise the Lord for 3 young
people baptized in the Feignie Church on Sunday
June 28. (BLF Teams rent an appartment from
the Feignie Church and make their home there while
in France.) This is also where Philip and Heidi
Kapitaniuk attend. One of these 3 young people
was
Melanie, Philip & Heidi's oldest daughter.
Pray for courage and boldness for these young
people, to let their lights shine brightly in a
spiritually dark country.
Pray for Harry &
Mars as their Team leaves for France this
week. Pray this will be a life changing
experience for everyone on the team. Pray for each
member by name; Mark, Karen, Kristine, Tanya, Van
& Olivia. Pray God will be honored and
glorified through the lives of this
team.
Attention! The e-mail
address for Russ & Mary
Ann Miller has changed! Today they
found their Yahoo e-mail account was hacked by
someone from Nigeria. If you received a
"plea" for money from Russ and Mary Ann "because
they were robbed and stuck somewhere in Nigeria"
- do not believe it! It is a
scam! Yahoo has now cancelled their
old address and they now do not have access to
their past e-mail or e-mail address book.
:-(
Consequently, their e-mail address
has changed. If you know Russ & Mary
Ann, you might send them an e-mail at their new
address of: millerrma@blfusa.org
Please change this address if you have it
bookmarked in your address book. Since
they've lost their e-mail addresses, they are
searching for any resource of people they may have
had in their old address book. By the way, they are very safe and sound at their residence
in Florida!
Please pray for US board member
Gary Hendricks' parent's and family.
Monday they admitted his dad, Ken, to the hospital
with advanced pneumonia. He's losing weight,
has a digestive track infection, despondent, has
recently had a broken hip and a broken arm after
a
significant stroke. For the past 3-4 months
has been confined to a nursing home. Monday
night his wife said he is not doing good at
all. At 87, he's having a really tough time
to say the least.
Please pray that God would comfort
and help Ken Hendricks and his family in this
difficult time and the doctors & staff would
be guided by His hand.
