Harry Enns, Executive Director
Mars Enns, Communications Director

Harry & Mars joined BLF in 1999 and work from the Chicago office, traveling periodically to Belgium and France to oversee the field work.

Before joining BLF, Harry and Mars served as missionaries with SIM in West Africa for 24 years. Their ministry during those years involved primarily administrative posts, but also included active involvement with the local churches. Their final term on the field was spent directing a French publishing house in the Ivory Coast.

Their experience in international culture, administration and publishing, as well as their knowledge of the French language, all appear to be part of God’s training for their present position.

Harry and Mars have three children and five grandchildren.

Toe-Blake Roy

BLF Canada Director

The Roys have served as missionaries with Fellowship French Mission for 14 years, planting a French church in Lachute, Quebec, where they still live today. As well as pastoring, Toe-Blake has been involved in a coaching-mentorship program with 5 pastors-in-training in Lachute, he teaches satellite courses for the French Seminary in Montreal, and gives courses on Stewardship.

Toe-Blake joined the BLF Canada Board in 2005, becoming the Board Chairman the following year. As of September 2006, Toe Blake has accepted the position as BLF Canada Director.

Toe-Blake and Linda have four children: two girls and two boys.
