Toe-Blake Roy,

BLF Canada Director
The Roys have served as missionaries with Fellowship French Mission for 14 years, planting a French church in Lachute, Quebec, where they still live today. As well as pastoring, Toe-Blake has been involved in a coaching-mentorship program with 5 pastors-in-training in Lachute, he teaches satellite courses for the French Seminary in Montreal, and gives courses on Stewardship.
Toe-Blake joined the BLF Canada Board in 2005, becoming the Board Chairman the following year. As of September 2006, Toe Blake has accepted the position as BLF Canada Director.
Toe-Blake and Linda have four children: two girls and two boys.

Daniel and Isabelle Julien
Daniel and Isabelle Julien, newly appointed missionaries with BLF Canada, will continue their ministry with “Silent Witness Productions” in conjunction with that of BLF. Daniel is a professional mime artist, while Isabelle excels at accounting.
Daniel created “Silent Witness Productions” in 1990 as a platform to fight drugs and crime among the youth. After 5000 performances the doors of opportunity continue to open for Daniel and his artistic way of giving his testimony. Daniel makes presentations in schools, prisons, youth camps, churches, and virtually anywhere where people gather and give him a listening ear.
Daniel and Isabelle are eager to join forces with BLF Canada and use their talents to promote evangelism & discipleship in Canada. Please pray for effectiveness in their ministry, as well as patience and trust as they raise their financial support.

Clement
(Bud) and Charlotte Kroeker
Clement (Bud) and Charlotte Kroeker have been with BLF since it's beginnings. Bud's parents, Abe and Mary Kroeker, founded the literature ministry of BLF in France in 1952. Later, in 1959, Bud and his father began printing and publishing in a large house in northern Brussels, Belgium.
Bud and Char claim Belgium as their home, having lived there for more than 40 years. They have six children (all born in Belgium) and 17 grandchildren. Bud is responsible for the technical operations, most of which include the computer systems of the plant. As a part of the Editorial team, Char's work has included adapting Sunday School material for the European and African cultures.

Bruno Payen - Administrative Director
Bruno and Dalcy have 3 children. Bruno is actively involved with his local church as an elder. He loves reading, traveling and playing games with his children.
Olivier Drogue - Graphic Arts Director
Olivier and Rachel live in Haguneau, France with their three children. They are actively involved in their local church in a host of ways; worship team, children's ministry, teaching and music groups. Olivier loves all kinds of sports; bass guitar, skiing, both snow and water, hiking, cycling and mountain climbing.
Philip Kapitaniuk - Publishing Director
Philip and Heidi have 7 active children. Heidi home schools in addition to all her other responsibilities. Philip loves reading, cycling and growing a super garden that produces a lot of the food their family consumes.

Fred Mondin - Editorial Secretary
Fred is the latest addition to the team. Fred went to Bolivia for a year of traveling, exploring and adventure. He came back with a wife, Leny, who has become the love of his life. Fred loves teaching, preaching, piano, astronomy and a host of other things.
Nicolas Devins - Pressman & Bindery
Nicolas has a dual status as Franco//Swiss. He is planning to attend Bible School in 2012 after 5 years with BLF Europe as their pressman. He enjoys football, reading and discipleship.
